Le Cinq Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant set on the hotel's rooftop, offering panoramic views of the historic city. The restaurant serves Valletta classics with a modern twist, as well as French and nouvelle cuisine. They also offer a seasonal a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 9:30 am; while dinner is available from Thursday to Saturday, from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. Sunday lunch is served from 12:00 noon until 3:00 in the afternoon.
The Beer Cave is the perfect spot to enjoy a few drinks, unwind, and socialize. This bar is located in the building's historic cellar. The original aesthetics and characteristics of the 16th-century palace cellar have been carefully preserved, which give The Beer Cave a unique atmosphere.
