Located in the fishing village of Tarbert, the Stonefield Castle sits on the high ground of Kintyre peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Loch Fyne and woodland gardens. Built in 1837, this castle retains its Scottish baronial grandeur. Its historic past and original character are well-preservered through its elaborately detailed exterior, exterior cornice’s and mouldings, ornate ceilings, wood pannelling, and marble fireplaces. Covering an area of 60 acres, there are plenty to explore and enjoy at the castle’s estate. They boast 38 luxury rooms and an award-winning restaurant.
